1. Definitions

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on wvt99. Registering, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts — whether in your own name or through a third party — is strictly prohibited. wvt99 will close all associated accounts and may void any winnings where this policy is breached.

5. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your wvt99 login credentials, including your username and password. wvt99 will not ask you to disclose your password under any circumstances.

• You must use a strong, unique password for your wvt99 account and update it periodically.
• You must not share your account credentials with any third party.
• You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not you authorised it.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify wvt99 immediately via live chat or support email.
• wvt99 shall not be held liable for losses arising from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.

Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available to all wvt99 members and is strongly recommended. Enabling 2FA adds an additional layer of protection to your account by requiring an SMS verification code on each login.

6. Deposits & Payments

All financial transactions on the wvt99 platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). wvt99 supports deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, bank transfer (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank), Visa, Mastercard, and cryptocurrency (BTC/USDT).

• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

• Detection of fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by the Member or their payment provider.
• Accounts identified as belonging to minors under the age of 21.

Upon account termination for breach of these terms, wvt99 may void all pending wagers, bonuses, and associated winnings. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the Member following the completion of any applicable investigation, subject to verification requirements.

15. Dispute Resolution

If you wish to raise a dispute with wvt99, you must follow the process set out below:

16. Amendments to These Terms

wvt99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The effective date of any revision will be clearly displayed at the top of this document.

Continued use of the wvt99 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must discontinue use of the platform and request account closure.

17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the jurisdiction in which wvt99 holds its operating licence. By agreeing to these terms, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant competent courts for the resolution of any dispute not resolved through the internal dispute resolution process.
